How to order:
-
Choose the package you are interested in plus any additional tests, or the always-useful reference oil.
-
Once your order has been paid for, along with a bill/invoice for payment, you will receive a label(s) to complete and adhere with tape/rubber etc. to your sample(s).
-
Prepare about 200 ml of oil sample in a plastic bottle and send it to us at our address. It can be a small spring water bottle, well drained and rinsed with the test oil just in case.
-
After about 7 working days from the date of delivery of the sample, we will send the finished report to the e-mail address provided in the order.
-
If you have any questions or concerns, our technical department is at your service and will rush to clarify and assist you.
Opis
*) With a fresh sample, from the barrel, of the oil used in the system, we are able to accurately determine oil degradation and find even small organic and inorganic contaminants. Testing of a fresh sample for comparative testing is free of charge provided the full trade name is provided.
Gear oil testing allows monitoring the condition of the gearbox itself. Gear oil is crucial for lubricating and protecting transmission components from wear, friction and corrosion. Testing the oil detects potential problems, such as the presence of contaminants, degradation or loss of lubricating properties. This makes it possible to take appropriate corrective action and keep the gearbox working properly.
Gear oil testing can detect the presence of contaminants in the form of particles, water, sludge or metals. These contaminants can lead to increased gearbox wear, performance degradation, damage and reduced gearbox life. Monitoring contamination levels allows early detection of problems and taking cleaning or maintenance measures to keep the oil clean and prevent further damage.
Gear oil testing allows the evaluation of its lubricating properties, such as viscosity, temperature flow properties and oxidation resistance. The lubricating properties of an oil have a direct impact on the lubrication efficiency and protection of transmission components from wear and damage. Testing an oil allows you to determine whether it maintains lubricating properties at an appropriate level.
Testing transmission oil provides information on its wear and durability. This makes it possible to schedule regular inspections, maintenance and oil changes at appropriate intervals. Properly scheduled maintenance and oil changes contribute to the long-term performance and reliability of transmissions.
